This task is a complementary task for the #574 task that moves the slave radio enumeration to BPL for UGW.

as part of this task, the prplmesh feed needs to be updated:

[ ] add slave radio configuration to prplmesh config file
[ ] update prplmesh hash to contain the removal of radio enumeration from beerocks_agent.conf which will be handled as part of #574
