Feature request: emulate Microchip PIC32 microcontroller #45

Add a support for Microchip pic32mx7 and pic32mz microcontroller families. Implement basic peripherals like interrupt controller, GPIO, UART, SPI and SD card. A list of simulated boards can include:

Microchip Explorer-16 board
Microchip Multimedia Expansion Board II
chipKIT Max32 board
chipKIT WiFire board
Geoff's Maximite Computer
