Switch to simple and robust serial communication library. #1

ROS serial is a non-standard serial library. There is not support for Ardunio Mega and TI board. Also, it slows down development.

I am thinking of switching to QT serial library. It is robust and independent of boards. Some pointers to start with

synchronous serial communication
QT will listen to ROS node on some port
Later on, we can use ROS node inside QT threads.
