Hi, thanks for your work! I am going to look into it. It seems like you are changing the project "manually", by deactivating and re-activating some packages. There are probably some ways to achieve this feature without doing all these steps manually.

@prrrnd Unfortunately there isn't; I did add an enhancement request on atom core though.

It's really too bad that there's no way to do it. I think we should follow up on the request you made instead. Your changes are activating packages that users might want to have disabled (see previous post) I will keep the pull request open here for visibility until we have a proper way to do it. Thanks for your work though!
