Updated to work with Python 3.10, Pytorch 2.0.1 and Cuda 11.7 #77

hi, Thanks for this pull request ! Before I merge it into the main branch, may I ask have you retrain the model and what's the performance ? Since this repo is tied closely to my CVPR paper and its reported numbers, any inconsistency caused by the PyTorch environment change might cause confusion to other people.
