Do something about brain.js #25

You setup vagrant and start working on the app. you can design and test in this repo, but then you yourself should implement that in the app. it is hard for someone else to keep track of the diffs and implement the changes.

@iambibhas I agree, I tried downloading the box yesterday but the download didn't finish, I should be able to set it up today and then I'll be able to what you are saying. I understand its impossibly hard to see diffs and implement changes and I didn't mean for the process to happen this way.
