Sign in google - the accept window buttons do not work #285

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Windows 8 Eclipse 4.3 ADT install app engine plug in for eclipse
2. Create a new project and try to deploy
3. Sign in to Google the Accept page displays but can not press the accept 
button or cancel button
4. try to just deploy and the same accept window displays with the same issue

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Be able to press the Accept button so the deploy window will come up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1
Eclipse 4.3

Please provide any additional information below.

I am having the same issue for:

Windows Vista
Eclipse 4.4.1

After signing in to my Google Account, the permission screen appears. However, 
the "Accept" and "Cancel" buttons do not work, making it impossible to deploy 
the application.

Same problem Luna and plugin 4.4.
I think it's an issue with MS IExplorer.
When i copy the URL to firefox, i can accept, but then i can't copy the code 
into the Eclipse prompt. Copying it to IE as extern browser -> same issue.
