Access Control plugin problems

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installed access control plugin to magento store
2.

What is the expected output? Working access control. What do you see instead? 
No more navigation menus on site

What version of Magento/extension are you using? Magento 1.5.1.0/Extension 
1.0.2.3
