IE 7 & 8 wrong events handling on fancybox popup

IE 7 & 8 browsers build wrong DOM tree, though page is displayed correctly.

It leads to broken way of events processing and to unexpected behaviour such as 
popping up colour picker without any reason in some cases.

Also it produces bug in moving of DOM elements over the tree.

This task is for accounting a time on debugging the issues.
