Field highlighter should show overlapping fields icons on hover.

I don't quite understand.
Can you post a screenshot of what's wrong or replication instructions?

This is something we talked about back then.

The idea was that if there are overlapping variable fields, the mouse hover 
shows there are by using smaller icons:

This is just for the hover action. After clicking on it, we show what we 
currently show - tabs for each variable field in the area.
