Theme switcher block display bug on Magento 1.6 #627

Tested on /mageimage/ ver. 1.6.0.0-rc2
ZetaPrints_Theme 1.1.1b (beta)

Theme switcher block with drop-down menu doesn't show in the sidebar on a M. 
v.1.6 store. 

Must be a M. 1.6 issue since I tried it on /magedev/ using the same themes and 
all, worked there.
