Image edit beta release #690

Include image edit in beta as the default editing option.

Include explanations on how to enable / disable it in help.

On hold until ready.

Beta release is prepared. See 1.9.2.0beta15 release.
I was able to install it on /mageimage/ throw m-c.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0beta15 (beta)

The latest beta has the Fit-in-field feature enabled by default.

Yes, by default.
You install the extension and you have Fit-in-field activated by default. You 
need to edit custom-option.xml to actually disable it.
I modified the help post to addres this.

Why don't we keep release notes up to date?
There is 2 months of changes to catch up on now.
