Localization of Browse/Cancel buttons

We need to add an option of changing the text label on the "Browse" and 
"Cancel" buttons in the image fields.

Currently the text part of the button is part of the image it self (brow.png). 
I'm attaching the sprite image containing the buttons without the text labels 
on them (images-selector-sprites.png).
Let me know if it is ok.

A customer asked for this.

Is the text an image?
Either include it into the translation or suggest a workaround.
