This would be a massive help if this could be updated as at the moment I am 
unable to use any of the other zetaprint extensions such as the fixed 
quantities and custom options extensions.

You can't test the issue on our servers because we use PHP version less than 
5.3.6
Just test that I didn't break something.

Custom options replicator works ok.

Fixed QTY extension shows a double form in the back end (fix_qty_01.png) and 
possibly some raw code in the header.

OK, I see. That's a bug in the SVN sources. I've fixed one such error.
