Customer cannot add product to cart.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.complete product custom options
2. add to cart
3. error message is displayed

Please see product, try to upload image and add to cart. You will see the 
error.

The error message we get is: "Please specify the product's required option(s)." 

We cannot add the product to cart. Please advise & thanks!

Our hosting provider gave us this info:

I haven't found anything server side that might be causing this to happen, but 
if I do I'll be sure to let you know. Let us know if there are any 
recommendations that Zetaprints has for us to change on the server and we'll 
look into it.

What version of Magento/extension are you using? 1.5.

Well, you are trying to use a file uploader instead of we-to-print.
Use our w2p extension.

I am not understanding? We are using the basic Magento custom option to upload 
the photo. Please advise.

What does a basic file upload have to do with us?
We provide a web-to-print extension for the type of product you are trying to 
sell.

Yes but the error we receive when a customer uploads an image points to 
zetaprints extension. So we are not sure how to correct this issue. We want to 
continue using the fixed qty extension and really are just trying to find out 
why we are getting this error.

No, it will not help you fix the error.

It will give you a decent solution with live previews and remove the need to 
use extensions totally unsuitable for the task at hand.
