Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0beta19 (beta)

- Navigate to:
http://d1.zetaprints.com/mageimage/index.php/magentot-02/bussines-card-02.html
- Upload an image
- Open it in image editor, no need to touch anything, just close it right after
- Click the "Delete" button in the corner of the image thumb
- You will have to confirm the delete 2-3 times for the pop-up "Delete this 
image" msg that appears.

It keeps opening the image editor for me even if I click X.

I tested this on uprint and it worked fine.

That's a bug. I've fixed it already in the latest beta.

Issue remains. I successfully replicate the bug in FF, IE and Opera.
