Large template processing time out

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0beta21 (beta) 

Navigate to this template:

- update all pages (I used high rez images)
- Add to cart
- eventually you'll get a ZP err instead of seeing the product in your cart

This is because this large template is set to save a PDF proof. Happens on "add 
to cart". 

If I disable the "PDF proof" option I'll be able to add to cart but the final 
step of the checkout process turns into a endless loop. After clicking the last 
button "Place order" I get a spinning loader image that goes on for a while and 
then suddenly I'm back on my cart page. Looks like the system brings me back to 
cart page after it times out trying to process my order.

The same order shows up in Magento admin under "processing" status but the 
output links are missing. There is a "ZP order" link only and no "generate 
files" link on w2p portal order details page.

Nothing to do with mage. This is a ZP issue. Moving it to redmine #709.
