Finish #717, #701, #720

Update release notes.

Release the last beta, few days later make a stable release.

Make an announcement on the blog.
Check outstanding HELP and ROOT posts for the features included in the release.

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.0.0.0 (stable)

1. This scenario:
http://code.google.com/p/magento-w2p/issues/detail?id=701#c7
results in duplicate cart items after editing an order and updating the cart 
(edited_01.png) instead of the same order being edited and updated.

2. Footer says:
Web-to-print and image generation, v. 1.9.2.0beta22
