Permanent dynamic imaging flag

Tested on /mageimage/
web_to_print_store_incl_theme   1.9.2.0beta22 (beta) 

The "Dynamic imaging" flag can't be turned OFF after turning it ON.
Replication instructions:

- Navigate to a template details page in Magento admin
- In "Web to print templates" tab, tick the "Dynamic imaging" check-box to make 
the template act as a DI template instead of a w2p one
- Save your changes
- Go back to the same page/tab and un-check the same checkbox and Save your 
settings
As soon as the saving process ends and the page reloads, you'll notice that the 
same DI checkbox remains checked. No way to turn of the DI flag.

Can we speed this one up, please? Or at least suggest a workaround.

We have customers that ticked that checkbox and now there's no way to tick it 
OFF. The category setting does not override this flag.
