Duplicate cart items after editing order

web_to_print_store_incl_theme   2.0.0.0 (stable)

1. Multipage with shared fields
This template has a field on page 1 that is also present on page 2:

- Update both pages,
- add to cart
- Click edit
- Change company name and only update page 1
- click "Update cart", you'll get the original item in the cart duplicated. 
Cart will contain the item as it was before you're edited it and a separate 
item for the modified version.

2. Adding a skipped page
http://d1.zetaprints.com/mageimage/index.php/magentot-01/7-page-template.html
- Update pages 1,2 and 4
- Add to cart
- Click edit
- Go to page 3, Update preview and click "Update cart"
You'll get the same result as before - duplicate cart items.

The problem has nothing with w2p extension, it's a bug in the order approval.
