Bulk Approve/Decline ERR

Approver's cart page contains a bug in bulk actions.

Replication instructions:
- Navigate to a approver's cart page that has items to approve (one item is 
enough)
- Tick the box in front of the item in the list
- Use the bulk actions drop-down menu to approve the order (bulk_approve.png), 
not the drop-down next to the item name.

I get his err:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getCustomerWithApprover() on a 
non-object in 
/var/www/zetaprints-com/mageimage/app/code/community/ZetaPrints/OrderApproval/co
ntrollers/CustomercartController.php on line 161

Individual approval works fine, it's only this bulk action that is crook.
