Campaign import profile

For easy start we decided to implement OpenX campaign import profile.

It will import campaign "templates" and create/updates products for the them.

Campaign "templates" are assigned to special advertisers in OpenX with 
predifined name.

Add the advertiser name or ID to the config page.

OK, dump the advertiser. Start with a manager and drill down to websites and 
then to zones. The number of products = number of zones.

The config will have the manger ID.
