Extruder Idler Arm Broke #41

My Recommendation: Update part per my design. Extend length of arm slightly and have a thru-hole for the nut. Place the nut all the way on the back side of the arm.
Then the plastic part would be under compression instead of tension! No more failed parts! :-)
