Improved blade holder issue #145

Printed the 3 new parts for testing, only tested in manual mode (MENU --> CUT FILAMENT), did the cut on all 5 filaments, on the five tips only 2 fell in the mmu2 tray, the 3 other have fallen in the PTFE holder screw holes, one tip a little bit longer got stuck between selector and PTFE holder has caused an issue. In my opinion it would be wise to remove material at the bottom of the PTFE holder in order to allow the tips to fall straight in the tray.

After changing the PTFE holder design, tested again the manual filament cut, works fine, all tips fall straight in the tray.
