Updated R3 extruder idler plug with no IR reflection #173

I have replaced old idler plug with this new and I got big improvement. With filament removed, old plug was reading B=43..50 @ S=17, near detection threshold. new plug is reading B=9..10 @ S=17, well below detection threshold.
