Hello! Thank you for your report. To make sure of the printed file and version, can you please send me the stl of the R6 file you printed, and, to better see the issue, can you also please send me a video of the loose radiator? Once the hotend is inserted into the extruder body: https://cdn.help.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/866a50c8a1b06086_painted.jpeg, it should be blocked into place by tightening the extruder cover: https://cdn.help.prusa3d.com/wp-content/uploads/00cc87a6861ae211_painted.jpeg, but let's review this in more detail.

Dear all, I’m printing the original extruder body r6 version and found that the printed circular radiator has a small bayonet, which causes the e3d v6 circular radiator to be too loose. I have calibrated the extruder and there is no problem with the line width. May I ask this question How to solve it?
