[ENHANCEMENT] UI idea: Swap between Pick / Park Tool X #3263

Is your suggested improvement related to an existing problem? Please describe. I've been playing with picking and parking tools, because it's so cool to watch and was annoyed that I had to move up to "park tool" every time instead of just klicking a second time.

Describe the expected functionality I think it would help the UI if the current picked tool switched to "Park Tool X" instead of the "Pick Tool X" that has no function anyway if the tool is picked.
