Introduce bowden length register + runtime autotune #288

introduced a separate uint16_t bowdenLengthMM EEPROM variable, valid range 341 - 792 (millimeters)
removed setting bowdenLength for each slot and kept only one length (this saved a huge amount of CPU FLASH)
introduced ONE READ-ONLY register 0x22 with the bowden length
kept the bowden length autotuning code in the FW

Autotuning works as follows:

After a flawless feed to fsensor, the measured distance of the fast load sequence is compared to bowdenLengthMM in EEPROM.
If it differs by >10mm and is within the allowed range, the new value is stored into the EEPROM for future use.
