introduced a separate uint16_t bowdenLengthMM EEPROM variable, valid range 341 - 792 (millimeters)
removed setting bowdenLength for each slot and kept only one length (this saved a huge amount of CPU FLASH)
introduced ONE read/write register 0x22 with the bowden length
removed bowden length autotuning code from the FW

Note, large portion of this code was developed in PR#288
