PFW-762 ambient shutdown at 80 C #4658

Goal of this PR is to prevent more heating up in einsy printed box mainly in case the terminals are not securely screwed. The Ambient thermistor on the EINSY is close to the PWR and BED IN see here image

We have some real data from an enclosed MK3S that the Ambient temp is way below the 80°C in this PR. See here
