[FEATURE REQUEST] Prusa Connect change of time & date notation to European standards #462

The ability for the user to select the time format it wishes to use. In Europe the 24-hours notation is the standard but in Prusa Connect I see AM/PM. Same with date.

Interestingly the print completion time shows up in 24 hour notation for me, but the others in 12 hour.
