Add more Snapmaker printers and filaments.

Merged PR at PrusaSlicer-master, merged manually to PrusaSlicer-settings based on newer https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/pull/11798. I also updated index, so your profiles are compatible with PS2.6.0 and newer (older PS versions cannot add new printers via configuration updates).
