Input Shaper profiles for MK4, 3.9, 3.5, and Mini do not include 0.07 or 0.05mm Layer Height Options

Description of the bug

• Printers including the MK3.9 or the MK3.5 only have Input Shaper profiles and do not have Non-Input Shaper profiles.
• Users have been told non-input shaper profiles are only temporary.
• All input shaper profiles allow only 0.1 to 0.2mm layer height with the standard 0.4mm nozzle.
• Missing profiles are:
  • 0.3mm Draft
  • 0.07mm Ultra Detail
  • 0.05mm Ultra Detail
