Increase Hatchbox3D PLA MVS #252

Hello,

After a bit of testing the Hatchbox PLA profile, I confirmed it works well with Max Volumetric Speed of 15 mm3/s and the 0.4mm nozzle on MK4. I reached out to the Hatchbox3d support and they also recommend MVS 15 as the top.

Can you please update their profile?
