Need profiles for MK4/MMU3 with nozzle sizes other than 0.40 #265

This has been an open issue since final release of MMU3 for MK4.

Discussions here and in the forum https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/12634

Are we ever going to see official support for more nozzle sizes for the MK4/MMU3 setups??
