1 year ago Software only knows what you did, not what you meant to do. This is unfortunately probably such a niche problem that I don't see it as worth it to implement something against this, and would recommend you to double-check your sliced prints before printing them.
A couple times on a model using automatic support generation and cut pegs, I have forgotten to block supports in the peg wholes. Ideally peg holes should be auto blocked (and therefore blocks erasable). There're may be a whole size that is not receommeded to block, but I have not encountered that.
When I forget I have drill out the support material, very not ideal!
