Do you mean solid infill == Fill density 100% ?
I am referring to solid infill generated based on horizontal shells and solid layer parameters(solid layers top and bottom).
I hope that the images are sufficiently telling. If not, I will try to explain myself better
Ideal would be to have the same options as in here
Do you mean that you want to change the parts where there is 100% infill like you want to change the infill pattern in the middle of the object so that is has the same patterns or a different one making the print a bit faster.
Generally yes. Off course it wouldn't make sense to choose gyroid, or something similarly complex. But concentric for relatively thinn wall models would be much faster than the stock "zig-zag" pattern.
Hi, so this setting is on the slicer. If you go to the top infill pattern in the print setting it will show you a few different opposition then if you go to the fill pattern it will show you the same patterns plus more if you use the same one as the top infill pattern then the object show come out with 100% infill and the normal lines are going to be changed. I hope the helps pls tell me if you need anything else.
fill pattern will change internal infill, which I know of. For this example, I set it for 100%infill and Hilbert curve. But this setting doesn't change the next layer, which is affected by the amount of solid layers on top and bottom. I know I can set solid layers to 1, but in case I want an infill percentage of 15% and 3 top layers the 2 top layers will always have a rectilinear pattern and the top layer will be as I chose(for example concentric)

Hi, is it possible for you to share that object stl with me so i can test it out. The video also helped with understanding the problem.
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe I'm trying to achieve faster 3D printing, but the inability to choose a solid infill pattern hinders me.
Describe the solution you'd like I would appreciate having the same selection option as the one available for top and bottom infill patterns.
