5 months ago Hi @AttackHeadphone From doing a quick google search for your error this seems to not be a unique problem with PrusaSlicer. What I have gathered is that if possible, one should try to uninstall the program but given that the drive is dead it might be difficult.
If that isn't possible the root cause seems to be due to associated registry keys of the program in question, so deleting them should solve the problem. On my system there exists a key named 'PrusaSlicer_is1' at this path in the 'Registry Editor': Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
Deleting that key might solve your problem based on some similar reports I found on online.
Do keep in mind that editing/deleting registry keys can lead to data loss, so do it at your own risk.
Description of the bug
it was installed on an old drive that failed and now I can't reinstall it on a different drive. the old drive is disconnected.
