Bridge is too narrow with a scaled down 3DBenchy #12692

Description of the bug

With the attached 3DBenchy, bridge on the layer 12 is too narrow, and as a result infill on the next layer is started in the air:

Non-default settings:

model scaled down to 40%
perimeter generator Classic
horizontal shells
fill density and fill pattern
fill angle

Oh, this is a problem that I see in my case as well. Very annoying as for small parts printing fails quite often due to start starting printing in the air.
