Extruder outline when using "No Sparse Layers" #13580

When using the new feature "No Sparce Layers" it would be nice if the slicer made an outline of the extruder around the wipe tower, so you can see if you are clear. Just as the slicer do when printing "Complete individual objects". Please include "X rods" as well.

Prusaslicer doesn't have the three-dimensional model the 3d printer to draw the X rods (for MK3 style printers).
