Slice introduces overhang perimeter in a place it shouldn't

Description of the bug

I have an object I'm slicing and it generated some overhang perimeter instead of solid layers.

Actually maybe the model is just flawed. I have an almost identical one (just a bit smaller) that slices perfectly.
