Fix missing Recent files list, Windows 10 Start Menu #6268

Operating system type + version

Windows 10 Pro (20H2)

Behavior

Having installed PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 and opened a .3mf file, saved it, then closed PrusaSlicer, the .3mf file is not listed in Windows 10 Start Menu (the Recent list is viewed by right-clicking the application entry)
Expected Results Having opened/saved a .3mf file the file should be listed at top of the Recent files list.
Actual Results No entry is shown in the Start Menu. (The Recent file list inside PrusaSlicer is populated.)

Is this a new feature request? Yes

Addition Information Uninstalling PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 (including restarting the computer) failed to resolve the issue.

Related issue: Uninstalling PrusaSlicer 2.3.0 does not clear all related Registry entries.

I should also add, I tried the Repair option available through running the 2.3.0 Win standalone installer, it didn't help.
