I got this idea today when cutting an object to make it fit my hotbed, I don't know if this would be possible but here it goes.
When cutting an object, show the possibility to create some kind of "wood joinery" like the one in the image (that one is called "dovetail" I think) to give the parts a little more strength when glueing them after printing. Maybe letting the user choose the axis (X/Y) on which orient the joint, and maybe the size of the "fingers".
