Arachne slim wall / steep angle perimeter artifacts (prints in midair) #8573

Description of the bug

The Arachne perimeter generator caused artifacts in at least one model I printed:

This is the expected result (with the classic perimeter generator):

See the included project file to reproduce the issue. Tested in PS 2.5.0 alpha 2 and 3.

Switch between the Arachne and Classic perimeter generators to see the difference in the sliced result.

Still present in 2.5.0-beta1. I hoped one of the included Arachne fixes would fix this issue, but they do not.

Tested but still occurs in rc2.
