Arachne perimeter generator produces weird artifacts #8683

Description of the bug

When the perimeter generator is set to "Arachne", it produces weird artifacts on top of the knife edge

Isn't this a duplicate of one of the existing issues for the arachne perimeters such as https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/8555 for example ? or https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/issues/8573
