Improve the field and paragraph machine names in Freeform module #20

The names are inconsistent or too long. Take the opportunity to improve and standardize them before we start adding content.

Marking the issue as essential because, although nothing breaks by using the ugly "content canvas" name, it will be very hard to change once we start using the software and is almost trivial to change now.
