minor enhancement: save file success message #7

When a file is saved, there is no feedback on whether it was successful or not. To stave off paranoia, a temporary message would be helpful.

ENHANCEMENT REQUEST:

If a files is saved, show a success message. A good example is how this web-based editor does it: http://editor.behavior3.com/#/editor
