Question: Is it possible to link more than one linode account to avoid instance limitation ? #558

Hi,

Linode have a limit for creating instances to be used with axiom unless u have 3 months period. I wonder if axiom user is capable of linking ( more than 1 Linode account using each account API token ) for example, 3 Linode accounts which result in 30 Instances ( In case the limit is 10 ).

If this is can be done, How?

@osamahamad Have you tried explaining in detail to support why you need an increase? The main thing they are worried about is abuse complaints. So if you can ensure them you won’t be generating any abuse complaints they might extend the limit. Maybe try paying whatever bill you have so far and then asking them for an increase ( vs waiting until the payment becomes due). For multiple accounts, you can try this workaround https://github.com/pry0cc/axiom/issues/302

@0xtavian Just to note that It does not look like something you will solve by just saying your reasons as you described. It is not about paying the bill because I already had the first invoice payment completed. In my experience, the best case here, after describing your reasons and describing that 3moths is a long time limit, is increasing the limit to 30 instances instead of 10 unless you wait 90 days which is what happened to me before opening this ticket. However, thanks for the workaround. It seems decent.
