Is it possible to obtain the methylation data (adjusted_beta.RData) for further scientific research? #1

Hi Dr. Ryabinin, I just read your excellent paper on TP and I wish to use your precious methylation data for some further research. Could you tell me whether the processed beta value at the individual level is publicly available, or shall I go through some application procedure? Thank you for your help!

Our group is currently looking into submitting to a data repository and will update the README and this thread when it is available.
