Fixed most problems reported at nexus and added some new stuff

Hi pryans, I should have excluded the readme.md and license.md in my pullrequest but as I am very new to github I didn't know how to exclude them. Regards

Thanks for including my commit (https://github.com/pryans/kcd-cheat/pull/21/commits/30a6f365360b0d350e433c37bd5077d034889b8f is from https://github.com/pryans/kcd-cheat/pull/19) some credit would be nice though since now I'm not in the history of this repo :(
